Gulab Jamuns
Ingredients

  • 1 container khoya (mawa or dairy solids)
  • 1 cup innovative paneer
  • cup maida
  • 1/8 tsp of baking soda
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 3 k-cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • tsp cardamom powder
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 1 tsp gulab jal (rose water)

In a set bottom deep pan temperature sugar and water to make syrup. When the syrup can be boiling, add cardamom natural powder and whole cloves. Always keep warm over medium warmth. Knead the khoya, paneer, maida not to mention baking soda till these form soft dough. If ever the dough is too dried out, soften with 1 tsp of milk and knead again. Form 1 balls with all the dough. Smear some butter or perhaps ghee (clarified butter) inside your palms before rolling this balls. The balls need to be smooth with no breaches. Heat the canola oil within a deep wok.
