Surprise " special " mom, grandma, or someone whos been being a mom to you, on Mothers Day accompanied by a special breakfast treat. An enormous puffy apple pancake in your own home to make, and t's going to fill the house by irresistible aroma while the country's baking.

This old classic favorite, also sometimes termed a Dutch baby, will be made just plain without the presense of apples, and served lead with powdered sugar, and perhaps some fresh fruit preserves privately. But for a wonderful treat, slice some fresh apples and improve the overall skillet before pouring around the batter. Sprinkle on some cinnamon-sugar towards taste and youre all set.

This pancake to get baked in a solid iron skillet. But if you dont have those types of on your shelf, it will work in a ceramic baking dish just like Corningware. And it comes out well regardless of what your choice of milk and in actual fact is delicious and hearty having one percent milk.

Breakfast Apple inc Pancake

3 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon place cinnamon

cup sugar

3 considerable eggs

cup flour

mug milk (low-fat is okay)
