This stir-fry is set with veggies and gives you time and freedom to use what you have on hand. Don't look like chopping? Throw in your bag of store-bought coleslaw not to mention stir-fry veggies instead. And if thinking about "meatless Monday" doesn't go well with you, toss in numerous cooked chicken.

Peanut Stir-Fry (serves 2 generously)

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of coffee sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 lovely pepper, julienned
  • 1/2 cabbage, shredded
  • 1 number broccoli
  • 1 small soup pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vivid white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha awesome sauce (optional)

Directions:
In a considerable skillet or wok, temperatures oil over medium temperatures. Saute mushrooms and peppers up to the point softened. Add in cabbage, broccoli, soup pepper and garlic, grilling until cabbage is wilted. Blend in peanut butter, soy spices, vinegar and sriracha as well as heat through. Serve across steamed rice.
