Heat barbeque pan. Pour a little oil in the pan. Season the chops on both sides considering the salt, pepper, cayenne along with mint. Cook the chops on both sides approximately 7-9 minutes. Pork has to cook from top to bottom but you don't choose to dry it out hence watch it closely.

Place your slaw ingredients in a sizable mixing bowl and wake. Place in fridge until prepared to serve.

Chop your whole salad ingredients and mix inside a separate bowl.

Serve using your favorite summer wine, Kool-Aid, great tea, beer, or a powerful ice cold glass regarding water. Mangia, Enjoy!
