In creating this version from the banana bread, I want to add culinary peaks and valleys to batter, which is the key reason why it looks so unique. Yes, I am guilty of going for a favorite comfort food and also bastardizing it. I fully understand tradition. I understand any comfort food movement. So being mindful of this, I have decided to help rearrange the molecules for the mundane and create a little something new and ladies and even gentleman, I present you Canyon Banana and Sunflower Seeds Oat Bread!

Ingredients found it necessary to make Canyon Banana and additionally Sunflower Seed Oat Bakery (makes 1 loaf):

  • 1/2 pot butter, softened
  • 1 pot sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 plums, peeled and mashed
  • 1 1/2 k-cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. culinary soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 hole oats
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Steps:

  1. Pre-heat your current oven to 350 diplomas. Line the bottom from a 9x5 loaf pan by means of parchment paper.
