El Ranchos Guacamole

Ingredients:

6 avacados

2 the vegetable tomatoes, finely chopped

1 tsp. salt

tsp. pepper

Juice of just one lemon

2 small-sized garlic cloves cloves, minced

2 Tbsp. greens oil

2 Tbsp. marauded onion or chopped environmentally friendly onion (optional)

2 Tbsp. sliced fresh jalapeno (optional)

Preparation:

Peel not to mention mash avocados, add keeping ingredients using optional products as desired.

Cover properly, chill.

Serve for shredded lettuce as salad or in the form of dip with tortilla casino chips.

Serves 8 as being a salad, 12 to 16 as the dip.
