Grilled Planting season Salad: mushrooms, asparagus, newborn arugula, red onions, pickled ramps

Sprouts along with Shoots: peas, sunflowers, lentils, puffed barley, of lemon vinaigrette

Whole Our warmer tempuratures Chicken: carrots, haricot verts, kale, duck body fat fingerlings, chicken jus

Nose towards Tail Plate: confit rib, pig chop, crispy belly, location ham, crispy ear, guanciale vinaigrette, rhubarb jus
